Your Smart Wallet comes with a 10-year warranty. If you need help, contact Freja Svendsen directly, including when you bought your wallet from a retailer.
GOOD TO KNOW
A few things you might be wondering.
How many cards does it hold?
Up to 15 cards, depending on their thickness. Embossed or unusually thick cards take up more room.
Can I carry cash?
Yes. The money clip holds folded notes. You can remove it if you prefer to use the cardholder on its own.
Where are the designs printed?
We print the raised designs in our own workshop in Pessac, near Bordeaux, France.
How does the warranty work?
The Smart Wallet is covered by a 10-year warranty from Freja Svendsen. Contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue, and we will guide you through the next steps.
What if the design is not right for me?
For an order placed on our website, contact us within 30 days of receipt. See our Returns page for the conditions and process.
